伊拉克欲在2021年前把炼油能力提高两倍电平表

中国石化新闻网讯 据WENews网站6月12日巴格达报道，为了摆脱本国对精制石油产品进口的依赖，世界第3大原油出口国伊拉克计划在2021年前把本国的炼油能力提高两倍。

伊拉克石油部副部长法耶兹·尼马日前在巴格达接受媒体记者采访时说，伊拉克的炼油能力在2021年前将从目前的50多万桶/天提高到150万桶/天，不包括伊拉克半自治的库尔德地区。尼马说，伊拉克每年要耗资20多亿美元来进口汽油和柴油。

伊拉克石油部长卢艾比上个月在欧佩克在维也纳举行的一次会议上说，伊拉克打算在今年年底前把石油日产能提高到500万桶。根据彭博新闻社汇编的数据，伊拉克目前能够日产470万桶石油。

Processing capacity will increase to 1.5 million barrels a day from just over 500,000 now, not including Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdish region, Deputy Oil Minister Fayyad Al-Nima said in an interview in Baghdad.The country spends more than $2 billion a year importing gasoline and gasoil, he said.

The country aims to raise capacity to 5 million barrels a day by the end of the year驱动轮, Oil Minister Jabbar Al-Luaibi said at the producer group’s meeting in Vienna last month. Iraq can pump as much as 4.7 million barrels a day, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
